Work Begins
With everything agreed, we’ll get started on-site. Our team will begin the building phase according to the planned schedule, keeping you updated along the way as progress is made.
Staged Payments
Payments are made in stages, with an invoice issued every two weeks. This structure helps keep the project on track while offering flexibility and clarity throughout the process.
Project Completion
As we reach the final stages, we’ll carry out finishing touches and quality checks to ensure everything meets the highest standards. Once complete, we’ll walk you through the results — and hand over a home you’ll love.
